Carlisle striker Jabo Ibehre has scored eight goals in League Two this season and two in the League Cup

Jabo Ibehre scored his 10th goal of the season to help Carlisle United come from behind to seal victory against Dagenham & Redbridge.

Christian Doidge gifted the Daggers an early lead when he headed home Joe Widdowson's cross from close range.

Carlisle levelled when Luke Joyce found Angelo Balanta who fired past keeper Liam O'Brien from the edge of the box.

But Ibehre sealed all three points when he latched on to Alex McQueen's ball to nod past O'Brien.

Dagenham & Redbridge boss Wayne Burnett told BBC London 94.9:

Burnett on Carlisle v Dagenham

"The end result was very, very disappointing.

"We should have defended better on both goals; we have to do better because otherwise we're going to keep conceding.

"I can't fault the players' work ethic, it was fantastic again, they kept going and going and going, but it's disappointing because I thought we were certainly worthy of a point."
