Irish Premiership: Carrick Rangers 2-2 Glenavon

Glenavon player/manager Gary Hamilton popped up with an injury-time leveller in the Premiership draw at Carrick.

The visitors created early chances with Joel Cooper hitting the bar before Daniel Kelly headed Carrick in front.

A dramatic finale saw three goals and a dismissal, starting with Reece Marshall equalising from close range.

Carrick's Andrew Doyle was sent-off for two yellows but Miguel Chines headed home for the hosts before Hamilton fired in deep into added time.

Kelly's opener on 34 minutes came against the run of play and it required Brian Neeson's good save from an Eoin Bradley free-kick for the hosts to stay in front until the interval.

Marshall sparked an exciting finish by netting an equaliser at the backpost on 83 minutes.

Doyle departed two minutes later but Chines restored Carrick's advantage with a header from Gary Browne's cross.

Hamilton came off the bench to snatch a point for Glenavon, firing in from Bradley's pass in the third minute of added time.
