Dominic Hyam: Reading defender joins Dagenham & Redbridge

Dominic Hyam has been a regular in Reading's under-21 side this season

League Two side Dagenham & Redbridge have signed Reading defender Dominic Hyam on a loan deal until 5 March.

The 20-year-old is a product of the Royals' academy but is yet to make an appearance for their first team.

Scotland Under-21 international Hyam spent time on loan in non-league last term at Hemel and Basingstoke.

The Daggers have also announced that former Southend and Peterborough midfielder Kane Ferdinand has left the club after his contract expired.
