Ryan Fraser: Ipswich Town winger out for up to eight weeks

Ryan Fraser is on a season-long loan from AFC Bournemouth

Ipswich Town winger Ryan Fraser will be out for between six and eight weeks with a hamstring injury, and boss Mick McCarthy confirmed his interest in signing Fulham's Ben Pringle as cover.

Pringle, 26, has played 18 games this term, but not since Slavisa Jokanovic became Fulham boss on 30 December.

He would come in after Fraser, 21, injured himself in the 1-0 Championship defeat by QPR last weekend.

McCarthy also said midfielder Cole Skuse (foot) faces up to six weeks out.

Skuse has appeared 30 times for Town this season, while Scotland under-21 international Fraser has six goals in 21 games.
