Crawley Town have signed ex-Fleetwood Town player Lyle Della-Verde on a one-month contract, while fellow midfielder Frankie Sutherland joins on a month's loan from Queens Park Rangers.

Della-Verde, 21, was a free agent following his release by the Cod Army earlier this month, having joined on a two-year deal last summer.

Sutherland, 22, had been training with Crawley prior to the deal.

The club hope both will be available for Saturday's trip to Leyton Orient.

"Lyle's got a lot to offer," Crawley boss Mark Yates told the club website., external

"Frankie's got a chance with us now over the next month or so, when we have six games, to show us what he is about."

Former Fulham player Della-Verde made eight appearances during his spell at Fleetwood, while Sutherland has been on loan to Dagenham & Redbridge earlier this season.
