Burton Albion maintained their six-point lead at the top of League One after emphatically beating Port Vale.
Tom Naylor capped off a swift counter-attack by picking out Lucas Akins, who slotted the opener past Jak Alnwick.
The Brewers' lead was doubled on the stroke of half-time when Port Vale midfielder Anthony Grant headed over his own keeper.
Mark Duffy's fierce strike from the edge of the area made it three, before Calum Butcher drilled in the fourth.
Play-off hopefuls Vale dropped to 10th, but only three points behind Barnsley in sixth.
