MBi Llandudno 1-2 Gap Connah's Quay: Llandudno's Europa League hopes were dealt a blow as Connah's Quay came from behind with an own goal by David Roberts and a winner from Nathan Woolfe. Mike Williams gave Llandudno the lead, but the result leaves them trailing second-placed Bala by seven points.
New Saints 1-2 Newtown: Leaders New Saints' title hopes suffered a setback as Newtown secured their first win of the second phase. Matty Owen opened the scoring for the visitors but Jamie Mullan equalised before the break, although TV replays showed he handled the ball. Owen's stunning second half strike secured victory for Chris Hughes' side. Saints' second successive defeat and a first home loss in 56 games mean they are five points ahead of second placed Bala Town.

Aberystwyth Town 3-1 Rhyl: Either Rhyl or Haverfordwest face likely relegation after Rhyl threw away an early lead at Aberystwyth. Zac Corbett's early goal was wiped out by strikes from Craig Williams, Ross Stephens and Chris Venables for the home team. Rhyl and Haverfordwest face each other on 16 April with the losers facing relegation.
Carmarthen 2-3 Port Talbot Town: 10-man Port Talbot came from behind to secure their Premier League survival. Trailing 2-1 after goals by Kyle Bassett and Mark Jones after Joe Clarke's 13th-minute opener, James Hartson was sent-off for unsporting behaviour in the 56th minute.
