Huish Park: Yeovil Town to submit final plans for land around stadium

Yeovil Town have revealed amended plans for the re-development of land around their home ground, Huish Park, after discussions with the local council.
The club re-submitted a planning application to South Somerset District Council (SSDC) in August after the original plans were rejected in 2014.
The latest changes include removing a proposed retail unit while increasing the size of a planned hotel.
"Revenue is king, crucial to the club's development," chairman John Fry said.
"The proposals will facilitate an improvement and expansion of many aspects of club and community life such as amenities for supporters, Ladies football, Community Trust and help the academy progress in the development of young players coming through the ranks towards our first team."
A statement, external said the club expect to submit the final plans to SSDC in the near future.
Yeovil currently lie 20th in League Two and are guaranteed to avoid relegation, with four matches remaining of the season.
