Kristian Dennis scored for Macclesfield in their FA Cup defeat by Portsmouth this season
Chesterfield have signed Stockport County striker Kristian Dennis on a free transfer.
Dennis, 26, spent this season on loan at National League side Macclesfield, scoring 23 goals in 39 appearances.
He told the club website:, external "I'm buzzing and hopefully I can repay the faith shown in me. I believe in my ability and anything can happen if someone believes in you."
The League One side have not disclosed the length of the player's deal.
