Grimsby Town: Jon Nolan among 11 leaving promoted Mariners

Jon Nolan scored five goals for Grimsby Town after joining them in January 2016 from Wrexham

Eleven players have left newly-promoted Grimsby Town as they prepare to return to the Football League in 2016-17.

Midfielder Jon Nolan, who made 22 appearances for the Mariners, has joined League One club Chesterfield.

Defender Danny East and forward Jon-Paul Pittman are in a group of 10 players not offered new deals.

Padraig Amond, who scored 33 goals last season, has been offered a new contract along with striker Nathan Arnold and midfielder Craig Disley.
