Mark McChrystal: Bristol Rovers captain signs new contract

Bristol Rovers captain Mark McChrystal has signed a new contract with the promoted League One club.
The 31-year-old former Northern Ireland youth defender made 21 league appearances for Rovers in 2015-16.
He has been with the club since January 2013, when he signed initially on a short-term deal after leaving Tranmere.
"It's a tremendous boost to have quality and experience in your squad for the forthcoming season," chairman Steve Hamer told the club website., external
