Championship club Norwich City have appointed former West Bromwich Albion boss Alan Irvine as first-team coach.
The 57-year-old, who has also managed Sheffield Wednesday and Preston, joins the Canaries after a spell as Blackburn Rovers' assistant manager last season.
The Scot arrives after first-team coach Gary Holt left on 28 June by mutual consent, to seek a managerial role.
"Alan has worked with top managers. He brings a wealth of experience," manager Alex Neil told Norwich's club website., external
