Shay McCartan has scored 14 goals in his 88 appearances for Accrington
Accrington Stanley striker Shay McCartan has signed a new two-year deal with the League Two club.
The 22-year-old former Northern Ireland Under-21 international joined the Lancashire side in 2013 after his release by Burnley.
He scored seven goals last season as Stanley reached the play-offs.
"Josh Windass' form last year kept Shay from playing the position he wanted and now it's a big chance for Shay," said boss John Coleman., external
