Luton Town start the new League Two season with a trip to face Plymouth Argyle
Luton Town youth team player Akin Famewo has signed his first professional contract with the Hatters.
The 17-year-old central defender is in his second year at the League Two club's academy and played in their pre-season win over Bedford Town.
He is the sixth youth team player to sign professional terms this summer.
"We saw in the game the other day that as a centre-half, he's an excellent prospect," Luton boss Nathan Jones told the club website., external
