Marlon Jackson: Striker signs for Newport County on one -year deal

Newport County have signed Marlon Jackson after the striker impressed during a trial with the League Two club.
Jackson, who has signed a one-year deal with County, started his career with Bristol City before joining Hereford in 2012.
The 25-year-old moved to Bury in 2013 and has also played for Halifax, Oxford City and Tranmere Rovers.
"I am happy to be a Newport County AFC player for the season ahead," said the striker," Jackson said.
"I think the strikers we have here at the moment compliment each other well and I'm looking forward to working alongside them this season."
