League One side Bury have signed goalkeeper Paul Rachubka on a one-year deal following his release by Bolton.

Rachubka joined Bolton in September 2015, but made only eight appearances for the club before being leaving at the end of last season.

The 35-year-old former Manchester United trainee has played over 350 career games in spells with 16 clubs.

The Shakers start the new league season with a home game against recently-relegated Charlton on Saturday.
