Chelsea secured a spot in the Women's Champions League for the third successive season after beating Reading to clinch second place in WSL 1.
Eniola Aluko put the Blues ahead with a flicked header from a corner.
Ana Borges rounded keeper Mary Earps for Chelsea's second before Lauren Bruton pulled one back from the spot after she was fouled by Niamh Fahey.
Aluko added the Blues' third from close range, with Melissa Fletcher making it 3-2 in stoppage time.
