Michael Collins: Leyton Orient sign former Huddersfield Town midfielder

Michael Collins' last English Football League appearance came during a loan spell with York City in 2015

League Two club Leyton Orient have signed former Huddersfield and Scunthorpe midfielder Michael Collins on a short-term deal.

The 30-year-old has been a free agent since leaving Indian I-League side Bengaluru earlier this year.

Collins has agreed a three-month contract at the Matchroom Stadium.

The former Republic of Ireland Under-21 international has also had spells with AFC Wimbledon, Oxford United and York City.

Collins' move to the O's is subject to international clearance and approval by the English Football League.
