Guernsey FC celebrate just their second win in a month against Molesey

Guernsey FC boss Tony Vance says his side are still fighting relegation despite beating Molesey 2-0.

It was their first win in over a month and pulled the Green Lions five points clear of the drop zone in Isthmian League Division One South.

"We're still down there and one or two poor performances and results and you're dragged straight back in it," Vance told BBC Radio Guernsey.

"We're not out of the woods yet, nowhere near."

The win was a memorable one for goalkeeper Josh Addison, who saved two penalties to keep just his second clean sheet of the season.

"I was really pleased for him that he got his clean sheet and two good penalty saves as well," Vance said.

"He's done fantastically well since Chris Tardif has been injured and to get a clean sheet is great."
