Notts County have made Blackpool winger Mark Yeates their first signing since coming out of a transfer embargo.
The 32-year-old has played 16 matches for the Tangerines this season, but has moved to their League Two rivals on a permanent deal.
Yeates has made 384 career league appearances for clubs including Sheffield United, Watford and Bradford.
The Magpies were under embargo for failing to make required payments to Revenue & Customs and other clubs.
