Yeovil Town 2-0 Coventry City
- Published
Coventry lost their second successive League Two match as goals in either half from Rhys Browne and Olufela Olomola sealed victory for Yeovil.
The visitors started strongly and within 30 seconds of kick-off, Jodi Jones had forced a sharp save from Artur Krysiak after he breezed past Bevis Mugabi all too easily.
Yeovil took the lead against the run of play after 27 minutes, as a hopeful ball over the top from Otis Khan caused a collision between Chris Stokes and goalkeeper Liam O'Brien, leaving Browne to knock it into an empty net.
Coventry pushed for the equaliser in the second half and went close as a Tony Andreu free-kick hit the post and a Marc McNulty header was kept out by Krysiak.
But Olomola settled any nerves for the home side in the 75th minute as he burst past Liam Kelly into the box and fired it low past O'Brien.
