- Published
Ten-man Barrow held on to claim their first National League win in five matches by beating Boreham Wood at Holker Street.
The hosts cruised into a 2-0 lead, courtesy of Bedsente Gomis and Jack Barthram, before Bruno Andrade pulled a goal back.
Barrow's Alex Harvey was then shown a red card in first-half stoppage-time.
The visitors were unable to make their extra man count after the break, however, with the hosts clinging on to a victory that moves them up to 16th place.
