Cambridge United 3-1 Grimsby Town

Cambridge claimed a comfortable 3-1 League Two victory over Grimsby in a meeting between two managerless sides.
The U's went ahead in direct fashion after 19 minutes when David Forde's goal kick was flicked on by Barry Corr to Uche Ikpeazu, who buried a fine finish into the far corner from just inside the box.
After Karleigh Osborne had headed Jevani Brown's corner against his own post, the hosts doubled the lead after 67 minutes when Brown's shot was pushed out by James McKeown to Billy Waters, who netted his first goal for the club.
Four minutes later it was 3-0 when George Maris turned David Amoo's centre in with a delicate flick.
Grimsby had threatened before the second Cambridge goal, with Forde crucially palming the ball away from Jamille Matt as he looked to go round the goalkeeper after running in behind the defence.
The Mariners reduced the deficit in the last minute when JJ Hooper converted a penalty after Diallang Jaiyesimi was fouled by Liam O'Neil, but their winless run was extended to 13 games.
