Falkirk 3-1 Greenock Morton
- Published
Falkirk produced a devastating three-goal first-half display to dent Morton's play-off ambitions.
Aaron Muirhead scored from the spot after Ricki Lamie downed Andrew Nelson.
Nelson and Alex Jakubiak made it 3-0 at the break as the Bairns showed just how dangerous a side they can be.
Ton, who grabbed a late consolation through Gary Harkins, remain third in the Championship table, one point above Dundee United and three clear of fifth-placed Queen of the South.
The visitors did improve after the break with Andy Murdoch drawing a fine stop from Conor Hazard before Harkins netted his eighth goal of the campaign.
