Carmarthen Town 1-3 Aberystwyth Town
Aberystwyth Town took a three-goal lead at Richmond Park through a Joe Phillips header and second-half goals from John Owen and Malcolm Melvin.
Liam Thomas got one back for the home side, before having another ruled out for offside.
The Seasiders have not won the cup since 1900 and have lost in the final on two occasions in the last 10 seasons.
They will meet Newtown in the last four.
Connah's Quay 2-1 The New Saints
Connah's Quay beat six-times Welsh Cup winners The New Saints to set up a semi-final tie with Bangor City.
They went behind early in the game to an Aeron Edwards goal, but responded with a Michael Bakare free-kick.
The Nomads took the lead in the 50th minute at Deeside Stadium when Andy Owens was brought down in the box and Callum Morris scored the resulting penalty.
Despite heavy pressure, Saints could not find the late equaliser.
Llandudno 0-2 Newtown
Newtown took the lead at Maesdu Park through a 23rd-minute goal from Neil Mitchell.
The visitors could have gone ahead earlier through a penalty, but Patrik Rutter saved Alex Fletcher's spot kick.
Rutter was given a red card two minutes from time, with Nicky Rushton making sure of the win deep into stoppage time.
