Stoke name Callum Davidson, Kevin Phillips & Rory Delap in Gary Rowett's backroom team

Stoke City boss Gary Rowett has brought in five of his former Derby backroom team to join him in the Potteries.
Rowett has also recruited his ex-Leicester team-mate Callum Davidson as one of four first-team coaches.
The other three will be Rams trio Kevin Phillips, Rory Delap and Mark Sale, who has also worked for him at Burton Albion and Birmingham City.
Two more of Rowett's old backroom team, Dave Carolan and Joe Carnall, have left Pride Park to work with him again.
Carolan's job title will be head of performance, while Carnall will become head of tactical insights when Stoke's players report back for pre-season training on Wednesday.
The one Stoke first-team backroom staff member who has kept this job in the wake of Paul Lambert's end-of season exit following relegation from the Premier League is goalkeeping coach Andy Quy.
Rowett worked at his first two clubs, Burton and Birmingham, as part of the same four-man team - Sale, goalkeeping coach Kevin Poole and assistant manager Kevin Summerfield, who all followed him to Derby when he was appointed there in March 2016.
But, while Summerfield has now left Derby, Poole will remain as the Rams' goalkeeping coach under new boss Frank Lampard.
Davidson can do well at Stoke
St Johnstone boss Tommy Wright knew earlier this month that he was to lose 41-year-old Davidson, his right-hand man since 2013.
"Callum contacted me three weeks ago to say Stoke were interested," said Wright. "They then made their approach official.

"In a lot of ways I'm disappointed he's gone as we worked so well together. But I'm also delighted for him to get the chance to move to England with a club like Stoke. I wish him well."
"Callum was a fantastic player for St Johnstone and has been a fantastic coach as well. But in football, people move on.
"His coaching ability was recognised by the Scotland set-up as well and I'm sure he will do a very good job for Stoke."
Davidson and Rowett spent two seasons together as team-mates at Leicester from 2000 to 2002.
McClean a target for Stoke
Stoke are reportedly closing in on the signing of West Bromwich Albion winger James McClean.
The Republic of Ireland international has long been a target of Rowett.

He was strongly linked with a move to Rowett's Derby in January, but instead remained at The Hawthorns.
McClean started all six games of Darren Moore's spell as caretaker Baggies boss at the end of last season, prior to the confirmation of his appointment as head coach.
