Norwich City scored two late goals to see off League Two Stevenage and move into round two of the Carabao Cup.

The Championship side took the lead when Marco Stiepermann headed in from Moritz Leitner's corner.

But a superb 20-yard free-kick from Jimmy Ball brought Stevenage level.

Norwich retook the lead as Kenny McLean's corner fortunately bounced off Christoph Zimmermann, before Teemu Pukki sealed the win with a shot from inside the penalty area.

The win was Norwich's first of the season after they had only picked up one point from their opening two Championship games.

Stevenage have now gone out in the first round of this competition in four of the past five seasons.
