Substitute Andre Green scored a 95th-minute winner as League One leaders Portsmouth knocked 10-man Norwich out in the FA Cup third round.
Green, on loan from Aston Villa, squeezed home at the second attempt after a superb Portsmouth break.
Championship promotion hopefuls Norwich were caught short after piling forward in a bid to find a winner of their own.
The Canaries were a man down for 75 minutes after Grant Hanley saw red for a cynical challenge at Carrow Road.
Norwich, who sit second in the Championship, struggled to create too many opportunities after Hanley's sending off - for a last-man foul on Ronan Curtis - though Ben Godfrey did draw a save from Portsmouth goalkeeper Craig MacGillivray.
Pompey defender Anton Walkes also put in a great tackle to deny Todd Cantwell with the Norwich midfielder well placed on the edge of the six-yard box.
At the other end, Brett Pitman's half-volley sailed over the bar and Curtis glanced a header wide for the visitors.
But Portsmouth made their numerical advantage count deep in stoppage time, breaking from the edge of their own area before Green tucked in after his first effort was blocked.
It was the 20-year-old's second successive winner in the competition, having also netted in the 90th minute in Portsmouth's second-round win over Rochdale.
"It was up there with one of the best in my career," said Green. "The adrenaline took over and I couldn't help but run to celebrate in front of the Portsmouth fans."
Portsmouth boss Kenny Jackett added: "To get through to the fourth round is great. We're predominantly looking at the league, but knowing we are in the draw is exciting."
