Partick Thistle 1-1 Falkirk: Rudden strike earns visitors vital point

Zak Rudden's late strike earned Falkirk a draw against Partick Thistle and kept them a point clear of their Scottish Championship relegation rivals.
Rudden, whose loan deal from Rangers was extended in the hours before the game, followed up after Mark Waddington's effort was saved.
Blair Spittal had put Gary Caldwell's side in front just after the hour, but then Gary Harkins was sent off.
The result means Caldwell has won one of his 12 games, with Thistle bottom.
Ray McKinnon's Falkirk - who took 1410 fans to Firhill - are just a point further ahead and occupy the relegation play-off spot, now six adrift of Alloa in eighth after their win over Morton.
Partick Thistle manager Gary Caldwell: "Think the referee has cost us points again. Every week there are poor decisions and it affected a game we were in control of. The red card gave them a huge boost.
"I think anyone at the game could see we were the better team and we should have gone on to win had it not been for a poor decision."
Falkirk manager Ray McKinnon: "Overall, I'm happy to come away with a point- we've had two big away games in two weeks, we've picked up four points. I'm very satisfied with that.
"The sending off was possibly the turning point. That gave us the momentum, but we certainly deserved something out of the game."
