Bala Town 1-1 A.E.T Cardiff Met (Cardiff Met win 3-1 on penalties): Cardiff Met kept their nerve in a penalty shoot-out to seal a Europa League berth.
Bala made the ideal start at Maes Tegid when Henry Jones reacted fastest in the box to swivel and fire home after 20 minutes.
However, Eliot Evans equalised four minutes later, reacting to a good save to turn home the rebound and ensure parity.
The Archers were contesting their third straight play-off final having lost the previous two, with both sides missing good chances in normal and extra time to win the tie.
Penalties settled matters with Bala unsuccessful with their first three attempts, allowing Evans to send the goalkeeper the wrong way and ensure the students will head into the Europa League and end their losing streak in the play-off.
