Swindon's League Two game against Scunthorpe has been postponed "in the interests of supporter safety".

Storm Dennis brought heavy rain and winds of around 50mph to Wiltshire.

Club officials from both sides made the decision, alongside the match referee, just over an hour before kick-off.

"It became clear that the club could not guarantee the welfare of those in attendance, as the weather deteriorated throughout the day," said a statement from League Two leaders Swindon.
