AFC Fylde P-P Notts County: Waterlogged pitch sees match postponed

AFC Fylde's National League match with Notts County has been postponed because of a waterlogged pitch.

The playing surface at Mill Farm passed two inspections on Tuesday afternoon, but a shower at 17:00 GMT rendered part of the field unplayable.

"The club have made every effort to get the game on," Fylde said on Twitter after the announcement, which was made less than an hour before kick off.

No new date has yet to be announced for the fixture.
