Swansea City have signed Wigan Athletic winger Jamal Lowe for a fee thought to be £800,000 plus add-ons.
The 26-year-old is the fifth new signing at Liberty Stadium, following Korey Smith, Freddie Woodman, Morgan Gibbs-White and Marc Guehi.
Lowe scored six goals in 48 appearances for struggling Wigan last season after signing from Portsmouth for an undisclosed fee in August 2019.
He had been linked with several clubs after impressing in 2019-20.
Swansea had an initial bid of £500,000 rejected by the Latics, who finished 13th in the Championship last season but were relegated due to a 12-point penalty for going into administration.
The Championship club has not disclosed the length of Lowe's contract.
The Harrow-born former England C international had two years to run on his Wigan contract, but the League One club's financial problems has seen key players depart this month.
Goalkeeper David Marshall has joined Derby, defender Antonee Robinson has left for Fulham, midfielder Joe Williams has signed for Bristol City and striker Kieffer Moore has joined Swansea's bitter rivals Cardiff City since Wigan's relegation was confirmed.
Lowe scored 30 goals in 119 appearances for Portsmouth having moved to Fratton Park from non-league Hampton & Richmond Borough.
