- Published
Struggling Weymouth fought back to earn a point and deny Eastleigh a first National League win since December 1.
The hosts had a good chance to take the lead inside the opening two minutes, but Cody Cooke's close-range effort was kept out by goalkeeper Joe McDonnell's smart save.
It was Eastleigh who broke the deadlock when defender Michael Green latched on to Sam Smart's cross and fired in.
Brennan Camp made a vital block to prevent Eastleigh from extending their lead in the 73rd minute before Weymouth went down the other end and levelled through Jordan Ngalo a minute later.
Substitute Dan Smith clattered the bar in the 90th minute as Eastleigh went close to grabbing a late winner, but they had to settle for a share of the points with second-bottom Weymouth.
