Borussia Dortmund 2-0 Wolfsburg: England forward Jadon Sancho scores in win
- Published
England forward Jadon Sancho scored his first Bundesliga goal of the season to help Borussia Dortmund beat Wolfsburg.
The hosts took the lead through Manuel Akanji's header after the Switzerland defender connected with Sancho's corner.
They doubled the lead in stoppage time when Emre Can's clearance found Sancho, who slotted the ball past the keeper.
Dortmund move to fourth in the table on 25 points, six behind RB Leipzig who started the day at the top.
Sancho, 20, was Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's number one transfer target at the start of last summer.
He has six goals for club and country in 2020-21.
Wolfsburg slip to sixth after losing for the second time in three league matches.
