Motherwell: 'Substantial bids' for Allan Campbell rejected

Motherwell rejected "substantial bids" for midfielder Allan Campbell last month, says manager Graham Alexander.
The 22-year-old is out of contract in summer at the club three points off the foot of the Premiership.
Alexander made two signings on deadline day - then added Tyler Magloire on Tuesday - and secured Stephen O'Donnell on a contract extension while keeping Declan Gallagher amid Celtic links.
"For me the biggest bonus is keeping our best players," Alexander said.
"We knew there was a possibility of them leaving. We turned down substantial bids for Allan Campbell in January.
"That was probably 10 days ago and you see in Allan's performances, nothing has changed. He is an absolute top professional and he has just wanted to win. The same with Dec and Stephen O'Donnell."
Alexander was busy on deadline day with midfielder Robbie Crawford making his move from Livingston permanent and Hearts forward Jordan Roberts and Crewe defender Eddie Nolan joining on loan.
Defender Magloire has moved to Fir Park from Blackburn for the rest of the campaign, having played 10 games on loan at Hartlepool United this season.
"We needed competition for the right side of defence and Tyler will provide that," Alexander said.
"He ticks those boxes of what we are looking for. We've spoken to people at Blackburn Rovers, who rate him highly, and he's got experience playing regularly this season in a winning team."
