Barry Town United 1-3 Caernarfon Town: Two goals at Barry from Mike Hayes helped Caernarfon Town reach the Cymru Premier play-off final. Gareth Edwards' own goal brought Barry level after Hayes' opener.
But the visitors went back in front after Hayes lobbed in his second and Jake Bickerstaff finished off the Canaries' work in added time, keeping Caernarfon on course to qualify for Europe for the first time.

Penybont 0-1 Newtown: Jamie Breese scored a late goal for Newtown to set up a play-off final meeting with Caernarfon. Manager Chris Hughes will be hoping for a repeat of 2015 when the Robins won the play-offs to qualify for Europe.
