Weymouth 1-1 Dover Athletic

Koby Arthur's long-range effort earned rock-bottom Dover an encouraging point in their National League game at Weymouth.

Andy Hessenthaler's men, who were sunk 4-1 at Eastleigh on Tuesday, went in front in the 23rd minute when Arthur's 25-yard effort squeezed home.

Dover had a penalty shout turned down after Ben Williamson was felled in the box while the home side were taking time to settle.

They came close through Taofiq Olomowewe before they managed to pull level shortly before the break when Josh McQuoid slid the ball past goalkeeper Adam Parkes.

Neither side had clear-cut chances to win the match in the second half, with Dover finishing happier after picking up their second point of the season.
