Altrincham 1-0 Notts County

Marcus Dinanga's winner helped Altrincham end Notts County's unbeaten start to the National League season.

County enjoyed an encouraging opening, but the hosts went close when Dan Mooney tested keeper Anthony Patterson seconds before Ryan Colclough fired across the face of goal.

Altrincham took the lead just before the half-hour when Dinanga got the decisive touch to Colclough's shot.

Matt Palmer volleyed over as County sought an equaliser before the break.

Patterson had to save from Colclough seven minutes into the second half and then again to keep out his free-kick five minutes later.

Ruben Rodrigues then fired inches wide as the visitors pressed in vain for an equaliser in a late flurry.
