Mickey Demetriou's stunning late goal rescued a point for Newport in a six-goal thriller against Oldham Athletic.
Ryan Haynes gave County the lead but struggling Oldham hit back through Davis Keillor-Dunns.
Dom Telford restored the Exiles' lead before the break but Mike Fondop's header brought Athletic level.
Oldham's Dylan Bahamboula was sent off before Fondop put them ahead on 82 minutes, but Demetriou equalised in the 89th minute with a blockbuster shot.
County remain seventh in League Two, four points off the automatic promotion places, while Oldham stay in 23rd spot.
Newport County manager James Rowberry:
"We just didn't defend well enough today, that's the bottom line of it.
"We've conceded three goals at home, scored three and had however many shot we've had at goal but ultimately we haven't defended well enough.
"One thing I can say about the lads - they don't give up and they showed that endeavour and spirit to keep going and going. I can't fault them for that."
