30 July

Halifax Town have signed defensive midfielder Tom Clarke, who spent last season playing for Fleetwood Town in League One where he scored two goals in 35 appearances.

The 34-year-old has spent most of his career playing for Preston North End in both League One and the Championship.

Clark had a brief loan spell with the Shaymen in 2008.

Wealdstone have signed defender Deji Elerewe from Charlton Athletic on a six-month-loan deal.

The 18-year-old came through the Addicks youth academy before making his professional debut for the League One side in the Carabao Cup last August.

29 July

Yeovil Town have signed defender Ben Richards-Everton on a one-year deal following his release from Barnet.

The 30-year-old's previous clubs include Partick Thistle, Dunfermline Athletic, Accrington Stanley, Bradford City and Barnet, joining the latter in January 2021.

Chesterfield have signed winger Jesurun Uchegbulam from Matlock Town for an undisclosed fee,

Uchegbulam played for AC Milan's age group teams as a youngster before moving to England with his family, and has previous spent time on trial at Sheffield Wednesday.

Aldershot Town have signed midfielder Michael Klass following a pre-season trial with the club.

The 23-year-old began his career in QPR's academy, before joining Southend United. He most recently played for Lewes in the Isthmian League Premier Division.

Oldham Athletic have re-signed midfielder Dan Gardner on a two-year contract.

The 32-year-old previously made 72 appearances for the club after he arrived at Boundary Park in 2017.

Gateshead have signed striker Will Harris on a one-year deal following his release by Sunderland.

The 21-year-old made his senior debut for the Black Cats against Lincoln in October 2021 and made nine appearances during a spell on loan at Barrow last term.

28 July

Yeovil Town have signed attacking midfielder Sam Pearson on an initial one-month loan from Bristol City.

The 20-year-old has made five appearances for the Championship team since his debut in March 2021.

Dagenham & Redbridge forward Josh Walker has signed a new three-year contract.

The 24-year-old scored 11 goals in 2021-22.

Halifax have signed Stockport County defender Sam Minihan.

The 28-year-old made over 200 appearances for the Hatters and helped them win promotion from National League North to League Two.

27 July

Halifax Town have signed former Burnley striker Rob Harker.

Harker, 22, came through Bury's academy before joining the Clarets in July 2018 but never made a first team appearance for the Turf Moor side and was released earlier this summer.

Southend United have handed goalkeeper Collin Andeng Ndi, 18, and midfielder 19-year-old Oli Coker new two-year deals, while defender Tommy Davis, 19, and Jon Benton, 21, have signed one-year contracts.

26 July

FC Halifax Town have signed defender Festus Arthur, 21, after he was released from his contract by Championship side Hull City.

Boreham Wood have signed winger Erico Sousa following his release from Grimsby Town this summer.

The 27-year-old Portuguese, who counts Tranmere Rovers and Accrington Stanley among his previous clubs, joined Grimsby in June 2021 and made 33 appearances for them last season.

Solihull Moors have signed midfielder Callum Whelan, 23, on a one-year contract following a trial with the club.

Whelan, who left Oldham at the end of last season, has played in three pre-season friendlies for the Moors.

25 July

Boreham Wood have signed Sheffield United midfielder Zak Brunt on a season-long loan.

The 20-year-old, who has also had spells at the academies of Aston Villa, Manchester City, Manchester United and Derby County, spent time on loan at Southend United and Notts County last season.

Southend United have signed striker Chris Wreh on a one-year deal with an option to extend.

The 25-year-old scored 23 goals and had 16 assists for Banbury United last season as they won promotion to National League North after winning the Southern League Premier Division Central title.

22 July

Eastleigh have signed former Luton Town defender Corey Panter.

The 21-year-old joins the Spitfires after a trial period and has previously had loan spells at Scottish Premiership side Dundee and National League North side Kidderminster Harriers.

FC Halifax have signed Belize international Angelo Capello, 20, following his release by Sheffield United.

Solihull Moors have signed striker Josh Kelly, 23, from National League rivals Maidenhead United for an undisclosed fee on a three-year contract.

Gateshead have brought in defender Ethan Pye, 19, on a season-long loan from League Two side Stockport County.

21 July

Altrincham have re-signed Chris Conn-Clarke for a second spell on loan from League One side Fleetwood Town.

The 20-year-old forward spent part of last season on loan with the club and rejoins on a deal which runs until January of 2023.

20 July

Wealdstone have signed striker Olufela Olomola on a one-year deal with an option for a second year.

The 24-year-old, who was released by Hartlepool United this summer, spent the final part of last season on loan at Yeovil Town and has also had spells in the EFL at Carlisle United and Scunthorpe United.

Defender Michael Duckworth has re-signed with York City after impressing during a pre-season trial.

The 30-year-old full-back, who grew up in the city, returned to the Minstermen last season and played 24 games in their National League North promotion-winning campaign.

19 July

Torquay United have signed Stoke City forward Will Goodwin on a season-long loan.

The 20-year-old scored two goals in 15 appearances during a loan spell at Hartlepool United last season.

Yeovil Town have signed full-back Chiori Johnson on a one-year deal following a successful trial period with the club.

The 24-year-old former Arsenal academy graduate spent last season at Torquay United, making 29 appearances in the National League and scoring once.

Southend United have signed midfielder Wes Fonguck on a two-year deal from fellow National League side Barnet.

The 25-year-old joins for an undisclosed fee having played over 150 games for the north London club.

18 July

Scunthorpe United have signed former Barnsley, Norwich City, Middlesbrough, Huddersfield Town, Derby County and Luton Town midfielder Jacob Butterfield.

The 32-year-old joins following a trial with the club and most recently played in Scotland for St Johnstone.

16 July

Bromley have signed 21-year-old left-sided defender Reece Hannam on loan from Premier League side Crystal Palace.

15 July

FC Halifax Town have signed forward Millenic Alli following his release by National League champions Stockport.

The 22-year-old spent last season on loan at National League North side Chorley.

Woking have signed Chesterfield midfielder Jim Kellermann, 26, on a two-year deal.

Torquay United have signed Shaun Donnellan, who has spent the last two seasons with divisional rivals Maidenhead United where he made 43 appearances and scored three goals.

The 25-year-old, former Republic of Ireland Under-21 player, can play in midfield or defence and signed his first professional contract with West Bromwich Albion in 2015.

Goalkeeper Rhys Lovett has also joined the Gulls following his exit from Billericay Town in the National League South this summer.

The 25-year-old was given his professional debut in 2017 by Torquay manager Gary Johnson during his time at Cheltenham Town.

Wealdstone have signed winger Malachi Napa and forward Jordy Mongoy following successful trial periods with the club.

Having begun his career at Oxford United, Napa, 23, most recently played for Maldon & Tiptree in the Isthmian League North.

Mongoy, 23, has Dagenham & Redbridge, Billericay Town and Hemel Hempstead Town among the clubs he has previously played for.

14 July

Wales international winger George Williams has joined Boreham Wood on a one-year deal with the option of a further season.

The 26-year-old, who lists MK Dons, Fulham, Forest Green and Grimsby among his former clubs, scored one goal in 22 games for League Two side Barrow last term.

Yeovil Town have re-signed forward Alex Fisher on a two-year deal following his exit from Newport County.

The 32-year-old spent 18 months with Yeovil from January 2018 and scored 14 goals in 62 appearances.

Aldershot have signed goalkeeper Luca Ashby-Hammond, 21, on a season-long loan from Premier League side Fulham.

13 July

Woking have signed former Northampton Town centre-back Sid Nelson on a one-year deal.

The experienced 26-year-old has played in all three tiers of the EFL with the likes of Millwall, Yeovil Town,, Swindon Town, Newport County and Tranmere.

Scunthorpe United have signed versatile full-back Colin Daniel, 34 on a one-year deal.

The former Macclesfield, Mansfield, Blackpool and Burton man ended last season in the National League with Aldershot.

12 July

Torquay United have signed former Plymouth Argyle centre-back Ollie Tomlinson and ex-Crystal Palace striker Corie Andrews.

Tomlinson, 20, played seven times for Argyle having come up through the club's youth ranks while Andrews, 24, scored nine goals in 20 games while on loan at National League rivals Aldershot Town last season.

Barnet have signed midfielder Connor Smith from Boreham Wood.

The former AFC Wimbledon and Plymouth Argyle player, 29, leaves his role as a player-coach at the Wood to join on a two-year contract.

The Bees have also announced that Jamie Turley has left the club by mutual agreement after retiring from professional football through injury.

The 32-year-old defender made close to 300 appearances during his 13-year career, that included spells with Leyton Orient, Forest Green Rovers and Notts County.

Scunthorpe United have re-signed defender Kgosi Ntlhe on a six-month contract and brought in Sheffield United goalkeeper Marcus Dewhurst on a season-long loan deal.

Ntlhe, 28, previously played for the club in 2019-20, during which he made 21 appearances for the Iron.

Dewhurst, 21, has represented England up to Under-20 level and spent most of last season on loan at National League North side Boston.

Yeovil Town have signed midfielder Sam Perry on loan from Walsall.

The 20-year-old made 26 appearances for his hometown club in League Two in the last two seasons, scoring one goal.

FC Halifax Town have signed defensive midfielder Jordan Keane from League Two side Stockport County.

The 28-year-old previously played for Stoke City, Alfreton, Lincoln City, Nuneaton, Worcester City, Boston United and Stockport, where he made 25 appearances last season on the way to winning the National League title.

11 July

Wealdstone have signed former England C defender Sam Habergham on a free transfer.

The 30 year-old was most recently playing for Australian side Peninsula Power, but has played more than 200 National League games and featured for clubs including of Braintree Town, Lincoln City and Grimsby Town.

9 July

Maidstone United have signed striker James Alabi following his departure from Bromley.

The 27-year-old made over 80 appearances for the Lilywhites after joining them in 2020.

Gateshead have also added to their forward ranks with the signing of Aaron Martin on a two-year contract after his release by League Two Harrogate.

The striker made 11 appearances last season for the Yorkshire club.

8 July

Eastleigh have signed defender Aaron Martin from Port Vale on a permanent deal.

The 32-year-old returns to the Spitfires after 13 years away, having left the club in 2009 to join Southampton.

7July

Dagenham & Redbridge have signed defender David Longe-King from Grimsby Town on a two-year deal.

The former Newport centre-back, 27, spent the second half of last season on loan at Woking, scoring once in 15 appearances.

Former Forest Green midfielder Elliott Whitehouse has signed for Scunthorpe on a one-year deal following a trial spell.

Solihull Moors midfielder Jamey Osborne, 30, has signed a new two-year contract with the National League side, keeping him at the club until the summer of 2024.

5 July

Eastleigh have signed striker Tristan Abrahams on a free transfer from Carlisle United.

The 23-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Grimsby Town, scoring four goals and achieving promotion to League Two via the play-offs.

Torquay United have signed Stevenage defender Ross Marshall.

The 22-year-old was transfer-listed by the League Two club in May and joins having played 16 times for National League rivals Barnet last season.

Defender Reiss McNally has signed a one-year contract extension with Solihull Moors.

The 21-year-old, who has played on loan at Brackley Town, Hereford and Telford, featured three times for Solihull last season including as a substitute in the play-off final defeat by Grimsby.

Chesterfield have signed Albania Under-21s midfielder Armando Dobra following his release by Ipswich Town and Port Vale's Brazilian goalkeeper Lucas Covolan.

Dobra, 21, joins the Spireites on a two-year deal, while Covolan, 31, arrives on a season-long loan.

Wealdstone have signed former Watford forward Dom Hutchinson.

The 20-year-old Hornets academy graduate did not appear for the first team, and spent last season on loan at Eastbourne Borough, helping them reach the National League South play-offs.

4 July

Eastleigh have signed former Stevenage midfielder Charlie Carter.

The 25-year-old former Woking and Chesterfield player made 20 appearances for Stevenage in League Two last season.

Oldham Athletic have signed midfielder Lois Maynard on a one-year deal from last season's National League champions Stockport County.

The 33-year-old has twice won promotion from the fifth tier, once with Salford and again with the Hatters last term.

Dagenham & Redbridge have signed midfielder Omar Mussa from Weymouth for an undisclosed fee.

The 21-year-old Belgian has signed a two-year contract with the option of an additional year.

2 July

Oldham have made their seventh signing of the summer in Antigua & Barbuda left-sided player Zaine Francis-Angol on a one-year deal.

The 29-year-old, who ended last season on loan at Stockport, was released by Hartlepool this summer.

He has previously played for Motherwell, Kidderminster, Fylde, Accrington and Boreham Wood.

Barnet have signed right-back Ben Wynter after the expiry of his deal with Torquay United and former Yeovil midfielder Dale Gorman.

Wynter, 24, scored seven goals in 105 National League appearances for the Gulls.

"Ben is one of the best players in his position at this level and we are delighted to bring him to our football club," said Bees boss Dean Brennan.

Gorman, 26, started his career at Stevenage and has also had spells with Leyton Orient and in Northern Ireland with Glentoran.

Maidenhead United have signed French goalkeeper Alexis Andre Jr.

The 25-year-old, who is an internet celebrity with about four million Tiktok followers, played for Dover last season.

Gateshead have signed Newcastle goalkeeper Dan Langley on loan for the season.

The 21-year-old, who has yet to make a first-team appearance, said: "I'm comfortable with the ball at my feet. U23s football is very similar so it's not like I have been shy of it."

York City have re-signed left-back Alex Whittle from National League rivals Chesterfield.

The 29-year-old, who played 68 times for the Minstermen between 2016 and 2018, has also had spells with Forest Green, Boston United and Gloucester City.

Barnet have signed wingers Jamar Loza and Sean Shields on permanent deals.

Former Northern Ireland Under 21 player Shields, 30, joins from Weymouth where he scored seven goals and made 20 assists over the past two seasons.

Loza, 28, is a former Jamaica international and moves from Woking having previously spent time at Leyton Orient, Southend United and Yeovil Town.

He also made one Premier League appearance for Norwich City against Arsenal in May 2014 having come up through the club's academy.

Bromley have signed forward David Smith from Isthmian League Premier Division side Folkestone Invicta.

The 23-year-old - who came through the Maidstone United academy - scored 35 goals in all competitions last season.

Boreham Wood have signed midfielder Alfie Egan, striker Lee Ndlovu and right-back Dion Kelly-Evans on two-year deals.

Strikers Danny Elliott and Danny Newton has also signed for the Wood - Newton following his release from Solihull Moors and Elliott from National League North side Boston United.

Kelly-Evans, 25, moves from National League rivals Notts County having helped them reach the play-offs last season.

Egan, 24, left National League South side Ebbsfleet United at the end of last season, while Ndlovu arrives from Brackley Town.

Solihull Moors have signed goalkeeper Louie Moulden, 20, on loan from Wolves until 2 January 2023 and midfielder Joey Jones on a free transfer.

Jones, 28, was recently released by Dagenham and Redbridge at the end of his contract.

Yeovil Town have signed defender Jamie Reckord, 30, on a one-year deal with an option for a further 12 months following his departure from Boreham Wood.

York City have signed goalkeeper Ethan Ross, 25, on a season-long loan from Stockport County.

He made 10 appearances for Stockport last season before a loan spell with Aldershot Town.

FC Halifax Town have signed striker Emmanuel Dieseruvwe following his release by Tranmere Rovers.

He played for Grimsby in last season's promotion final against Solihull Moors after joining them on loan.

Chesterfield have re-signed Ollie Banks on a two-year contract after he left League Two side Barrow.

The 29-year-old spent three years with the Spireites and went on to join Barrow in 2021.
