Sarina Wiegman: England wait to see if manager will be back for quarter-final

England do not know whether manager Sarina Wiegman will be on the touchline for Wednesday's quarter-final after her positive Covid test.
Wiegman was not at St Mary's for Friday's 5-0 win over Northern Ireland, with assistant manager Arjan Veurink taking charge.
"We have to manage it day by day, hopefully she is back in business as soon as possible," Veurink told BBC Radio 5 Live.
The Lionesses are waiting to discover who they will play on Wednesday.
Their quarter-final will be against the second-placed team from Group B, which currently has Germany top, Spain in second, Denmark third and Finland bottom.
England midfielder Fran Kirby explained to the BBC after the Northern Ireland win how it worked.
"All the work that you do has been done - she's been speaking to us virtually and been in on the meetings," Kirby said.
"She's been a credit in how she's handled it but a lot of the work is done previously - we know the gameplan and we know what's expected of us and we just have to go out and execute it.
"Hopefully she enjoyed watching us scoring a lot of goals today and she can come back and join us soon."
