Dundee are through to the fourth round of the SPFL Trust Trophy after victory at Welsh champions The New Saints.
Gary Bowyer's side started well with Saints keeper Connor Roberts denying Lyall Cameron and Paul McMullan before the hosts grew into the game.
The visitors scored two early second half goals with Ryan Astles netting an own goal before Cameron doubled the lead.
Max Anderson sealed victory in injury time.
Luke Strachan came off the bench to make his competitive debut for Dundee and became the third generation of his family to play for the club.
Strachan follows in the footsteps of his father Gavin and grandfather Gordon, both of whom were at Park Hall for the game.
