Arbroath earned a valuable point in their tussle to escape the Scottish Championship relegation play-off places after coming from behind to draw at Raith Rovers.

Rovers, who intimated on Friday their need for new funding to avoid cutting their football operations, took the lead through Ricky Little's own-goal.

Colin Hamilton headed Dick Campbell's men level just before half-time.

Raith's Andrew McNeil saved from Bobby Linn and Hamilton to retain parity.

The Fifers move up to sixth, while Arbroath stay ninth, four points from safety.
