West Bromwich Albion fought back from 2-0 down to beat Luton at Kenilworth Road and secure a ninth win in 10 league matches.
Carlton Morris turned and fired a first-time shot into the bottom corner from range and moments later Elijah Adebayo doubled the Hatters' lead.
In an all-action first half Daryl Dike started the fightback when he chased down a backpass and Luton goalkeeper Ethan Horvath's clearance cannoned off the Baggies striker into the net.
Jayson Molumby smashed in the leveller and two minutes later Conor Townsend fired in unmarked to complete the turnaround.
West Brom were in the relegation places at the start of November, but a ninth win in 11 league games under Carlos Corberan lifts them into play-off contention in sixth.
It also ended Luton's three-match winning run and drops them to ninth, two points outside the play-off places.
The Baggies had let in just two goals in their previous nine league matches, but conceded as many in the first 10 minutes as the Hatters, looking for a fourth home win of the season, made a stunning start.
John Swift came within inches of levelling moments after Morris' 11th goal of the season, heading Matt Phillips' cross just over, but Adebayo then headed James Bree's curling cross back across goal and into the far corner.
The Baggies responded well in an end-to-end first half, Horvath denying Dara O'Shea and Jed Wallace, and Dike headed against the bar before netting for the second league match running.
The visitors took a grip after the break and were deservedly level when Molumby finished off after some pinball in the Luton box.
The Hatters were stunned moments later when Phillips fired the ball across goal and picked out Townsend unmarked at the back post who capped a superb fightback by West Brom.
Luton Town boss Rob Edwards told BBC Three Counties Radio:
"I was delighted with the start. To go 2-0 up was well deserved and exactly how we wanted to be - aggressive and on the front foot, playing forward, thinking forward and [scored] a couple of really good goals.
"Ultimately it was the way we conceded the goals that was the disappointing thing. Yes, they created chances, but the goals we created came from our mistakes.
"We've been really good at defending our box, stopping the crosses, clearances, and today we got punished for making some of those errors."
West Bromwich Albion head coach Carlos Corberan told BBC Radio WM:
"I can only tell you it was the mentality of the players, the character, they believe. It was the key aspect to winning the three points in a very complicated stadium, after conceding two goals in the first 10 minutes.
"So I am very pleased. They need to be very proud of themselves - they received the reward for all the hard work they have been doing.
"The key for me is how you react, and the key for me was to keep doing the things that were helping us to create chances."
