Burton v Peterborough and Exeter City v Barnsley are also off in the third tier, with the latter failing a 16:30 GMT pitch inspection.
The League Two games at AFC Wimbledon, Crawley Town and Swindon are all off.
In the National League, the matches at Maidenhead, Solihull and Yeovil will not go ahead as scheduled.
