Ten-man Dundee United struck late to go top of the Scottish Championship as managerless Inverness Caledonian Thistle were left three points adrift at the bottom.

Inverness, who parted with boss Billy Dodds last weekend, looked on course to pick up their third point of the season and threatened through Aaron Doran.

United midfielder Jordan Tillson was shown a second yellow on 69 minutes.

But the visitors snatched victory when Chris Mochrie netted in added time.
