Senior call-ups Charlie Savage, Owen Beck and Luke Harris have been named in the Wales Under-21 squad for the Euro 2025 qualifier in the Czech Republic on Friday, 13 October.
The trio will be with Robert Page's squad for a friendly against Gibraltar, before travelling to Ceske Budejovice.
Under-21s boss Matty Jones has recalled keeper Evan Watts, midfielder Jadan Raymond and striker Tom Hill.
Wales top group I with four points from two games.
"I see this as the journey continuing," said Jones, who has just completed his first 12 months in charge.
"From the moment I took the role I've seen it as an opportunity to create a transition for players and a better alignment between the senior team and our own group.
"And from the beginning there has been a really positive vibe around the group, we have some wonderful talent, and every camp we have built on that.
"There's no better feeling than when Rob [Page] phones me and speaks about the players and who he is thinking about making that transition into the senior group.
"It's about being brave and giving players an opportunity and luckily we have three within this window and potentially more through injuries."
Wales opened their Euro 2025 campaign with a 2-2 draw away to group favourites Denmark in June, before a 3-2 victory in Lithuania last month.
Harris, 18, and Cardiff City midfielder Joel Colwill won their first Wales Under-21 caps in September's friendly against Lichtenstein four days before that win in Jonava.
Jones has two uncapped players in the squad for their one game in this international window, Swansea City's Watts and Liverpool's Hill.
Reading midfielder Savage won the first of his four under-21 caps in a friendly against Austria in September 2022, Jones' first game in charge after succeeding Paul Bodin.
The 20-year-old Manchester United youth product is the son of former Wales, Leicester and Blackburn midfielder Robbie.
Left-back Beck, 21, is on loan at Scottish Premiership side Dundee from Liverpool and is the great-nephew of Reds and Wales great Ian Rush.
Joel Colwill, 18, is again joined in the squad by his 21-year-old brother and club-mate Rubin.
The elder of the two Cardiff players scored both goals in the 2-2 draw against Denmark and is another player in Jones' selection with senior squad experience, along with Wycombe defender Joe Low.
