Gary Johnson: Torquay United boss urges side to build on 5-1 Welling United win

Torquay United manager Gary Johnson has said his side must build on their 5-1 win over Welling United.
The Gulls came back from a goal down to record their biggest league win in almost a year as they moved up to fourth place in National League South.
An Aaron Jarvis penalty and a goal from Brett McGavin saw the Gulls go into the interval 2-1 ahead.
A Shaun Donnellan strike, a second Jarvis penalty and a goal from Ross Marshall ensured the victory.
"I'm pleased we've been able to prove it physically and you've seen that our boys had a good performance," Johnson told BBC Radio Devon.
"But we mustn't rest on our laurels, we've got to go and do it again."
Johnson was also impressed with how his side reacted to going a goal down after Kain Adom had given Welling an 18th-minute lead.
"The opposition have got their own game plan, we have to work hard off the ball and sometimes they get through," the Gulls boss added.
"You have to deal with those adversities and that's another thing I always say, you've got to be able to recover from adversity and by George we did that."
