The New Saints advanced to the semi-finals of the Nathaniel MG Cup with a 9-0 win over Gresford Athletic.

Ash Baker scored a hat-trick and Gwion Dafydd scored twice for the Cymru Premier leaders at Park Hall.

Luke Brennan, Dan Williams Adrian Cieslewicz and Josh Pask also scored for Craig Harrison's side.

Saints join Swansea City Under-21s in the next round after their 6-0 win over Briton Ferry Llansawel on Monday evening.

Guilsfield beat fellow Cymru North side Prestatyn Town 3-0 on penalties on Wednesday evening after the game ended 1-1 after 90 minutes.

Tuesday's tie between Cardiff Met v Pontypridd was postponed.
